Position Summary: We’re looking for a friendly, motivated, and results-oriented Certified Medical Assistant (CMA) to join our Patient Engagement team at Wellbox! If you're passionate about creating positive healthcare experiences and outcomes and enjoy using your medical knowledge to educate and connect with patients, this could be the perfect role for you. Help us make a difference through Care Management! Essential Functions: • Conduct 120+ outbound phone calls daily to patients eligible for a Care Management program, educating and enrolling them in the program. • Engage with patients over the phone to identify how Care Management can benefit them and clearly communicate the value it can provide. • Answer inbound phone calls, addressing any questions or concerns with professionalism and care. • Meet or exceed weekly and monthly production quotas. What We’re Looking For: • Active CMA license. • At least 2 years of clinical experience (care coordination preferred). • Tech confidence: you’re comfortable using EMRs, Microsoft Office, and other digital tools. • Strong communication and problem-solving skills. Schedule & Compensation: • Full-time only (40 hrs/week, Mon-Fri), between 8 AM - 6 PM. • Fast-paced, outbound calling role focused on patient care. • Strong computer and phone communication skills required. • Pay may vary for Massachusetts residents.
