BENEFITS • Competitive Compensation ($20-$28+ per hour) Production based with several bonus opportunities • Medical, Dental, Vision, and 401K offered • Paid training, time off and paid holidays (15 PTO days accrued in first year!) • Maternity/Paternity paid leave • Profit sharing eligibility based of tenure & involvement in the business Position Details: Winter & Spring Outlook • Responsible for generating leads by offering free, no-obligation lawn quotes • Door-to-door community outreach, team format • Establish strong communication skills needed to become a top performer during the Summer & Fall – leads to more income from sales commissions & bonuses Summer & Fall Outlook • Perform lawn care services for our customers (fertilizer, weed control, pest management, aerations, etc.) • Quote & sell lawn care services in the field • Must have a valid driver’s license and be insurable by our coverage provider • Willingness to obtain a Pesticide Applicator License (if needed).
