Start Date: January 5 End Date: March 31 Hours: 20 Hours Hourly Rate: $65 Time Zone: EST The client is seeking a detail-oriented and highly organized Project Manager to support large-scale product and content audits, web content updates, and publishing operations across the Learn & Grow channels. This role will drive execution of SEO, compliance, and TSEO updates, support site tests designed to improve card content performance, and ensure all content meets brand, editorial, and accessibility standards. The ideal candidate has hands-on experience with enterprise content management systems, exceptional attention to detail, and the ability to manage high-volume content updates within structured processes and deadlines. Key Responsibilities Audit & Content Update Execution • Support the execution of expansive content audits planned for Q4 ’25 and Q1 ’26 • Update approximately 250 Learn & Grow article documents within the client’s content management system • Implement SEO, TSEO, hygiene, disclaimer, CTA banner, and metadata updates • Review, edit, and QA content to ensure accuracy and adherence to Brand and AP Style guidelines • Support site tests designed to optimize content for engagement and conversion Publishing & Workflow Management • Maintain and update the Learn & Grow Publishing Tracker and audit status sheets • Communicate audit timelines, publishing plans, and updates to the Learn & Grow channel team • Create new article pages and update existing content on a biweekly publishing schedule • Manage publishing workflow tasks within the WCM • Create and maintain publishing and QA documentation for each audit (approximately 10 audits) • Organize and store assets and documentation in the appropriate shared drives Project Coordination & Stakeholder Communication • Attend weekly Monday standups to provide progress and timeline updates • Participate in bimonthly cross-LOB meetings and additional meetings as required • Update Workfront boards with project status (as applicable) • Upload tasks, documentation, and requests in Workfront (as applicable) • Partner with cross-functional stakeholders across the Enterprise to ensure alignment • Collaborate with the Learn & Grow channel team throughout the QA and publishing process Required Skills & Experience • 3- 6 years of experience in web content management, digital publishing, or project management • Must have Workfront experience • Experience working with content management systems (Drupal, HubSpot, WordPress; Bloomreach preferred but not required) • Understanding of enterprise-level web content processes and workflows • Experience in web copywriting and content editing • Knowledge of SEO and TSEO fundamentals • Strong attention to detail and adherence to strict processes and templates • Ability to manage high-volume content updates within structured timelines • Comfortable working cross-functionally with multiple stakeholder groups We Are Rosie provides strategic consulting and talent solutions for the marketing industry.
