WHAT YOU'LL DO AS OUR INVENTORY CYCLE COUNT CLERK • Perform scheduled and ad-hoc cycle counts to verify inventory accuracy • Investigate and reconcile variances between physical counts and system records • Maintain accurate documentation of inventory movements and adjustments • Collaborate with warehouse and operations staff to resolve discrepancies • Assist in identifying process improvements to enhance inventory control • Ensure compliance with company procedures and safety standards MATERIAL HANDLING EQUIPMENT This role may involve the operation of certain pieces of Material Handling Equipment (MHE). The company supplies and mandates training and certification on each individual piece of equipment prior to permissible use. Use of any equipment by an employee on which they are not trained and certified may result in disciplinary action up to and including termination. WHAT YOU'LL BRING INVENTORY CYCLE COUNT CLERK • High School Diploma or equivalent • 2+ years of experience in Inventory Control/Cycle Count preferred • Ability to converse, read, and write in English • Computer-literate with experience using systems that support inventory management, as well as the Microsoft Office Suite • Attention to detail with strong communication skills • Ability to perform in a team or group environment • Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously and maintain focus in a fast-paced environment • Ability to operate a forklift and other material handling equipment (training will be provided as necessary) • Ability to sit, stand, walk, speak, and hear • Ability to use hands and fingers for data entry • Ability to lift up to 50 pounds ARE YOU EXCITED ABOUT THIS INVENTORY CYCLE COUNT CLERK JOB?
