SALARY RANGE $20.42 - $26.94 WORK ASSIGNMENT DETAILS Come join the Parks and Land Use Department's Team as an Administrative Assistant. You will serve as the first point of contact for the Department's Administration, Environmental Health, Land Resources, Park System, Planning and Zoning, and Workforce Development Divisions with a high emphasis on quality customer service. Primary tasks include responding to customer inquiries; processing payments; and performing routine tasks, such as mail delivery and managing office supplies. This position also performs administrative support by providing routine assistance with administrative and program operations, which can include preparing and maintaining records, reports, and files; preparing mailings; scanning documents; responding to the public; serving as a source of information; and performing related work as required. The position requires a dependable person with excellent communication and organizational skills, attention to detail, and a basic knowledge of office technology.
