You’ll also oversee regional engineering resources and ensure CAPEX projects are delivered to standard. Key responsibilities: • Lead CI, maintenance, and reliability initiatives across multiple US plants • Drive root cause failure analysis (RCFA) and reliability-centered maintenance improvements • Manage key CAPEX projects and support reporting with corporate teams • Lead engineering, automation, and instrumentation support across sites • Track KPIs, identify trends, and drive continuous operational improvements • Mentor a regional team and support cross-site knowledge sharing What You’ll Bring • 7–10+ years in engineering, technical operations, or maintenance leadership • Experience supporting or leading across multiple industrial sites • Proven ability to manage capital projects and technical initiatives • Strong background in reliability, CI, and process improvement • Bachelor’s in Engineering or related technical field (Master’s a plus) • Strong communicator and leader with a passion for solving complex problems Looking to Step Up?
