About The Role As the Strategic Partnerships Senior Manager / Lead, you'll own and grow Wagmo's most important enterprise partnerships. You'll set partnership strategy and roll up your sleeves to execute it - blending strategic relationship management with hands-on activation to drive adoption, engagement, and revenue across our partner ecosystem. You'll work closely with Sales, Marketing, Product, and Customer Success to activate partners, launch co-marketing initiatives, and build scalable playbooks that support long-term success. Location: NYC hybrid preferred (3 days/week); open to remote candidates Core Responsibilities • Own and grow Wagmo's largest enterprise partnerships, building deep, long-term relationships and serving as a trusted strategic advisor • Set partnership strategies and joint business plans, and then execute the initiatives needed to drive enrollment, adoption, engagement, and revenue • Identify high-impact opportunities by understanding each partner's business, KPIs, and internal structure across teams and channels • Collaborate cross-functionally to enable partner success, delivering co-marketing, partner enablement, and activation initiatives, including tools and messaging for partner-facing teams • Ensure partner workflows and processes are scalable, accurate, and efficient, while tracking performance and developing playbooks that support long-term growth and retention What You'll Need To Be Successful • 5+ years of experience owning and growing strategic partnerships or enterprise accounts; bonus points for experience in benefits, healthcare, HR tech, insurance, or SaaS. • Strong relationship-building skills with senior stakeholders across partner and internal teams. • Proven ability to drive partner-led growth, adoption, or revenue outcomes. • Ability to collaborate cross-functionally and thrive in a fast-moving, hands-on environment. • Comfort using data, insights, and playbooks to optimize performance and inform decisions. • Excels in fast-paced, evolving environments and can build structure from ambiguity Why Consider This Role? • Be responsible for the most important strategic accounts for the business. • Revolutionize the pet health industry by shaping solutions that improve the lives of pets and their families. • Join a rapidly growing, VC-backed startup where ownership, impact, and collaboration drive success. • Work in a fast-paced, high-performance environment-this is not a traditional 9-to-5 job, but one that offers flexibility and autonomy in exchange for dedication and impact.
