Full Description

We’re looking for an AI Engineer Consultant with hands-on LLM application development experience to help us integrate cutting-edge AI agentic services into our enterprise solutions. You’ll work with modern AI technologies in Azure AI Foundry, alongside core engineering tools like .NET, SQL Server, and Angular. If you love solving problems with innovative tech, leading design discussions, and delivering real business value—this role is for you. Sponsorship is not available and consultant must live in the USA. 💼 What You’ll Do • Lead design and development of AI features using the latest Azure LLMs and agent frameworks • Drive Agile delivery using Scrum; collaborate closely in a team-focused engineering culture • Contribute to architecture reviews, code reviews, CI/CD, and quality engineering • Create documentation: design diagrams, release notes, use cases, training materials • Support internal and external clients using our applications • Train teams on AI engineering best practices and new technologies • Research, prototype, and champion new AI concepts, tools, and approaches • Partner with Architecture to ensure compliance with enterprise standards for AI-enabled apps 🧠 What You Bring Preferred Experience • Web technologies: HTML, CSS, JavaScript • C#, .NET Framework/.NET Core, MS SQL Server • Model Context Protocol, model distillation, and fine-tuning • Visual Studio, TFS, Git • Automated testing: unit, smoke, integration • Azure DevOps CI/CD • Awareness of performance, security, scalability & maintainability considerations Strong Technical Background In • Azure AI Foundry, Azure AI Services, Semantic Kernel or LangChain • Retrieval Augmented Generation (RAG), embeddings, vector databases • Prompt engineering and customization techniques • SOA, RESTful Web API design & implementation • Software engineering patterns (DI, MVC, etc.) • Code management with Git/TFS 🧠 What You Bring Preferred Experience • Web technologies: HTML, CSS, JavaScript • C#, .NET Framework/.NET Core, MS SQL Server • Model Context Protocol, model distillation, and fine-tuning • Visual Studio, TFS, Git • Automated testing: unit, smoke, integration • Azure DevOps CI/CD • Awareness of performance, security, scalability & maintainability considerations Strong Technical Background In • Azure AI Foundry, Azure AI Services, Semantic Kernel or LangChain • Retrieval Augmented Generation (RAG), embeddings, vector databases • Prompt engineering and customization techniques • SOA, RESTful Web API design & implementation • Software engineering patterns (DI, MVC, etc.) • Code management with Git/TFS 🎓 Education & Experience • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or related field (or equivalent experience) • 5+ years of relevant software engineering experience
