Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field is required along with eight years of marketing experience. Candidates should have advanced understanding of CX concepts and experience managing external agency relationships.
Lead the Customer Experience (CX) marketing strategic vision, identifying and developing new market opportunities. Analyze, plan, and manage marketing activities, while collaborating with multi-functional teams and managing agency partner relationships and work. Develop and execute a comprehensive CX marketing strategy and roadmap that aligns with the organization’s vision, mission, and business goals while adapting strategies to changing market dynamics Lead member segmentation development and analysis, persona development, and journey mapping with cross-functional partners Develop and drive highest-risk, highest opportunity marketing strategies, working with partners across multiple business operations, such as strategic business units, and across the lines of business as necessary to achieve stated objectives Identify business opportunities and manage major business initiatives via initiating research, analyzing market trends, business intelligence, and financial/sales reporting to assess strategic efficacy and program performance Serve as CX program owner, accountable for strategic development, design, and execution, ensuring that tactics and budgets align with strategy and that annual program sales and revenue targets are met Review, negotiate, and manage agency contracts. Monitor and ensure contracts and statements of work are performed to quality standards, and tasks are on target to deliver on financial goals and strategies Oversee CX marketing initiatives, including daily management of agencies, data, and analytics to ensure efforts reach business goals and objectives. Collaborate with market managers and communications team to ensure program positioning and promotion are aligned and effective; directly manage agency resources and consulting engagements, marshaling the appropriate resources required to achieve program success Work across functions and levels, ensuring comprehensive input and review throughout the strategic planning process; identify market opportunities, develop and prioritize programs that meet company growth initiatives, share, and brand objectives Serve as a mentor and subject matter expert (SME) to other market managers and communication managers; demonstrate the department’s best practices in all areas of customer experience Identify segment trends and opportunities to understand the changing marketplace and ensure that the needs and priorities of the segments are consistently taken into consideration to remain competitive Establish goals and set targets to measure the success of programs for the market segment Partner with business areas to execute and gain adoption of programs in the field and at the account-specific level Job Specifications Typically has the following skills or abilities: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field, or equivalent experience Eight years of experience in marketing Experience managing external agency partner/relationships and negotiating agency contracts Experience managing and forecasting marketing budgets to ensure campaigns are executed within budget while meeting set yearly sales targets Advanced understanding of CX concepts and building/execution techniques Solid working knowledge of MS Office, PowerPoint, Word, and Excel Proven ability to develop and execute marketing strategies, and ability to elevate the perception of our corporate brand and our company Outstanding communication, project management, and collaboration skills with the ability to work with both technical and business teams Experience initiating and driving strategic, cross-functional projects to completion with minimal guidance Comfortable navigating uncertainty with the ability to analyze and synthesize various forms of information/inputs to identify a program’s desired outcome Skilled at analyzing and transforming complex data into actionable insights for informed decision-making Regularly exercises discretion and independent judgment in the performance of his/her job duties Compensation range for the role is listed below. Applicable salary ranges may differ across markets. Actual pay will be determined based on experience and other job-related factors permitted by law.
