If so, let s talk! Our client is actively seeking a talented Technical Accounting Manager to work fully remote. This is a fulltime permanent opportunity with our client. Job Overview: Our client is seeking an experienced and dynamic Technical Accounting Manager who will be responsible for carrying out tasks of a broad and complex nature, determining how to compute EPS for a public company, drafting technical accounting positions, assessing and accounting for complex securities issued. This position is required to manage external and internal information for compilation and validation for footnote disclosures. This role will be responsible for quarterly and annual accounting impacting the Company s financial statements related to Form 10-K/ Q and 8-K Job Responsibilities: • Lead assessment of complex financial instruments issued by the parent company subject to SEC financial statement reporting • Calculation of the EPS for a public company • Draft accounting position paper s in accordance with US GAAP and SEC standards • Assist with drafting of financial statement footnotes • Key contact for the external audit process • Communication of the timing and project management of the technical accounting process • Assist with related special projects and other duties as needed • Assist with the develop and maintenance of internal controls and assist management with process changes related to financial reporting (ICOFR) Requirements: • 7+ years of overall technical accounting in accordance with US GAAP and public SEC reporting experience • Public Company accounting is required • SaaS or Technology industry experience preferred • BA/BS in Accounting, CPA credentials are preferred • Self-starter, ability to identify issues and resolve problems • Highly organized and detail focused • Ability to lead external resources and collaborate with various teams internally • Ability to work in a dynamic and changing environment • Excellent written, verbal and social communication skills Job Requisition #37562 A reasonable estimate of the pay range for this role is $125,000 - $145,000 per year. #LI-LB1 The disclosed pay range estimate has not been adjusted for the applicable geographic differential associated with the location at which the position may be filled. The compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case, such as skills and experience levels.
