Job title: Associate, Client Services (Kentucky) Company: Team Rubicon Job description: Team Rubicon (TR) is seeking an Associate, Client Services (Kentucky). The Associate, Client Services (Kentucky) will assist in the delivery of our Rebuild Operations. This will require strong customer service skills, peer-to-peer communication, conflict resolution, and a demonstrated ability to lead from both a strategic and operational perspective. The Associate, Client Services will be responsible for serving as an advocate and liaison from outreach to potential clients, intake, eligibility review, approval, support during construction, and ultimately welcoming clients home. Every day will be a challenge, but every month brings new opportunities for an organization that is quickly becoming a household name in disaster response. This position reports to TR's Manager, Client Services and is based out of Western Kentucky (preferred, but not limited to: Mayfield, Princeton, Dawson's Springs, and Bremen). Duties: • Conduct outreach to prospective clients and other organizations that may provide referrals; identify & interview prospective clients and assist them in completing the application process • Track detailed progress, challenges, and communications according to guidance and systems of record • Develop and maintain constant and consistent communication with the rebuild client informing and educating them through all touchpoints of the experience • Develop and maintain rapport with volunteers, acting as a liaison between regional members and members at Team Rubicon's Los Angeles Headquarters • Provide support in identifying new capability opportunities within the scope of Rebuild efforts and report accordingly • Develop and maintain partnerships and relationships across sectors and act as an advocate for those affected by disasters Experience and Background: • Bachelor's degree in social work, disaster management, business administration, or related field; or equivalent experience • 2-3 years of relevant experience in the military, non-profit, or emergency management community • Preferred: experience in customer service, social services, CRM tools, and demonstrated experience using data and research to advice organizational decision making Special Requirements: • This is a full time, remote role and the position will be based out of Western Kentucky (preferred, but not limited to: Mayfield, Princeton, Dawson's Springs, and Bremen.
