Supplier Quality Engineer l Electronics l FULLY REMOTE - Michael Page - Chicago, IL - work from home job Company: Michael Page Job description: As a Supplier Quality Engineer, you'll be responsible for ensuring that their suppliers meet their stringent quality standards. You'll work closely with their suppliers to identify and resolve quality issues, conduct supplier audits, and monitor supplier performance metrics. • Ensuring that all suppliers meet the company's stringent quality standards, including conducting supplier audits and monitoring supplier performance metrics. • Collaborating with internal teams to identify and resolve quality issues related to supplier materials or products. • Developing and implementing corrective action plans to address supplier quality issues. • Working with suppliers to drive continuous improvement in their quality processes. • Maintaining accurate documentation and records related to supplier quality. • Participating in cross-functional teams to evaluate and select new suppliers, ensuring that they meet the company's quality requirements. • Staying up-to-date with industry trends and best practices related to supplier quality. • Providing guidance and support to internal teams on supplier quality issues as needed.
