Job Summary As a Senior Health Care Data Analyst, you will be responsible for performing research and analysis of complex data, including patient oral health, provider network performance, and sales analytics. You will design actionable dashboards to support numerous departments and drive business insights. This role requires a strong and diverse skillset in relevant areas, including data analysis, business intelligence (BI) tools, and data visualization. Key Responsibilities • Partner with subject matter experts and clinical teams to enable data-driven decisions and drive business growth. • Access data warehouse and other data sources to deliver impactful business insights and recommendations. • Lead analytics projects, including understanding the business issue, data preparation, analysis, and presentation. • Use analytics tools to develop and implement interactive dashboards for both internal and external users. • Provide user training and support for data visualization tools and software. • Participate in the development and maintenance of data and analytics standards for the organization. • Participate in special projects as needed or requested. Job Qualifications Required Qualifications • Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, Finance, Economics, or related field. • 5+ years of experience in analyses and BI visualization tools. • Advanced SQL experience. • Advanced Excel experience. • Demonstrated ability to analyze and solve complex problems. • Independent, collaborative self-starter. • Strong customer service and communication skills. Preferred Qualifications • Experience with Sigma (or similar BI tool), Snowflake, and R. • Experience with dental or healthcare provider or payer data. • Foundation in statistical theory and practice. • Experience with Agile project management.
