We're looking for a talented Senior Digital Analyst to join our Consumer Insight, Measurement & Analytics (CIMA) team, a center of excellence that drives business decisions through actionable data analytics, integration, and insights. About the Role The Senior Digital Analyst will play a crucial role in delivering accurate and insightful analyses to inform business decisions across the organization. As a key member of the Digital and Travel Operations Analytics (DTOA) team, you'll leverage best practices in analytics to capture, analyze, and optimize our owned channels (digital/touch center) to drive Guest satisfaction and business outcomes. Key Responsibilities: • Collaborate with business, technology, and analytics partners to determine data needs and establish data series requirements based on those needs. • Work with analysts and implementation experts to install and maintain accurate digital monitoring. • Act as a subject matter expert representing owned channel data series expertise and use cases for solving business questions. • Obtain and record product and project data to reference for performance reporting. • Generate insights from digital data and proactively communicate opportunities or issues. • Leverage analytics to constantly propose optimization strategies to enhance product performance. • Support business unit teams, product control businesses, and other teams with ad-hoc reporting and in-depth analysis. • Utilize business and analytical understanding to independently perform proactive analysis and solve business issues that business partners might not always recognize they have. • Define and execute quality warranty methods to ensure accuracy of analytical output on a regular cadence. • Discover areas of opportunity for data development and follow-through to see those upgrades implemented. • Use statistical rigor to solidify the validity of findings and be able to explain the standards to non-experts. • Prepare analytical plans, including milestones, hypotheses, and data assets necessary to finishing complex deep dive analysis. • Independently seek out additional data to round out analyses and verify assumptions. Requirements: Essential Qualifications: • 5+ years of digital analytics experience. • 2+ years of using statistical standards in a business context. • Advanced expertise in digital analytics products. • Adobe Analytics experience. • Strong knowledge of segmentation and targeting. • Experience defining digital analytics monitoring requirements. • Tag management utilization. • Ability to derive actionable insights from data and correctly guide decision-making. • Ability to excel in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment. • Ability to manage time effectively and continually meet deadlines. • Ability to self-prioritize multiple tasks effectively. • The ability to think ahead and envision the right direction of movement to bring about the best probability of success. • Proactive problem-solving and critical thinking skills. • Knowledge of statistical testing methodologies. • Proficient in Microsoft Office suite. Preferred Qualifications: • 7+ years of web analytics experience. • Experience in project management. • Travel industry and e-commerce experience. • Experience with A/B testing and website optimization. • Experience with predictive analytics and digital experience personalization. Education: Required Education: • Bachelor's degree in an analytical/quantitative field – e.g., statistics, economics, mathematics, marketing analytics, finance, engineering, etc. Preferred Education: • MBA or Master's degree in an analytical/quantitative field or equivalent work experience.
