Job title: Sales Project Coordinator - Temporary Company: Valex Corporation Job description: Sales Project Coordinator - Temporary Ventura, CA $19 - $24 per hour - depending on experience The Valex Sales Department is looking for a temporary Sales Project Coordinator to cover for the current employee in that role who is going out on a 6-9 month long leave of absence beginning in the near future. Valex is a growing company, and the length of this temporary assignment is a great opportunity for you to show us your strong work ethic and ability to perform. If you prove yourself to be an asset to the company, there is a good possibility that we will be able to place you in a regular position with the company after the completion of the temporary assignment. The Sales Project Coordinator will update project statuses using Microsoft Excel, will collaborate with the Planning and Shipping departments for on-time delivery of our products, will provide provide project updates to customers via email, will participate in weekly conference calls with various customers on on-going projects, will compile and provide project documentation to customers, and will invoice shipments as they leave the facility. The successful candidate must have advanced skills in Microsoft Excel, have great organizational skills, be able to multi-task, and have great verbal and written communication skills.
