You will ensure confidentiality, accuracy, and efficiency in record-keeping processes, working independently with minimal supervision. Key Responsibilities • Data Entry: • Accurately enter data into database systems, verifying data for accuracy and completeness. • Resolve data discrepancies, ensuring data integrity and quality. • Scanning and Imaging: • Scan paper documents into digital format, ensuring scanned documents are legible and accurate. • Index scanned documents, maintaining organized digital files. • Filing and Organization: • Maintain organized digital and physical files, ensuring files are accurately labeled and categorized. • Purge files according to retention policies, adhering to regulatory requirements. • Customer Service: • Respond to internal and external requests for records, providing excellent customer service via phone, email, or chat. • Quality Control: • Review records for accuracy and completeness, identifying and reporting errors or discrepancies. Requirements To be successful as a Remote Record Clerk at Liz Moore & Associates, you will need: • A high school diploma or equivalent. • 0-2 years of experience in data entry, records management, or a related field. • Basic computer skills, including MS Office and typing 40 wpm. • A reliable internet connection and quiet workspace. • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
