Job Overview: Responsible for creating and maintaining an exceptional client experience while providing and being accountable for timely and accurate multi state, weekly, bi-weekly, semi-monthly, and monthly payroll services. Role and Responsibilities: • Process multi-cycle, multi-state payrolls for for different clients efficiently and accurately including garnishments, direct deposits, employee set up, and record keeping/recording • Prepare payroll reports and identify potential problems or errors • Maintain employee information including status changes, wage adjustments, time and attendance, and maintenance of W-4 and I-9 documents • Keep up to date with federal and state regulations including knowledge of the Department of Labor and Fair Labor Standards Act • Process E-Verify • Analyze client needs and suggest recommendations to improve the payroll process • Create client loyalty by communicating professionally, clearly, and comprehensively while maintaining an ongoing relationship and servicing their payroll needs • Work with accounting and/or benefits department as needed • Work well with others and contributes to the success of the organization • Other duties as assigned Skills/Qualifications: • Minimum 3 years of payroll processing • Working knowledge of payroll software (HR Pyramid/Prism a plus) • High accuracy of data entry • Excellent problem solving skills • Works well under time constraints • Proficient in MS Office products with high level knowledge of Excel and analyzing reports • Passion and commitment to exceptional customer service and communication • Motivated to learn quickly with high integrity and accountability • Works well in a team environment • PEO experience preferred but not required • Bilingual in Spanish a plus • Requires prolonged sitting, bending, stooping, lifting, and stretching Benefits Offered: • Free Medical • Dental/Vision • Life Insurance • Supplemental • FSA • 401(k) • Paid Time Off • Signing bonus based on experience Job Type: Full-time Expected salary: Location: San Antonio, TX Job date: Mon, 15 Aug 2022 22:59:17 GMT Apply for the job now!
