If so, as part of Oracle Health Data Intelligence Platform (HDIP) organization, a Technical Program Manager (TPM) plays a critical role in aligning priorities from various teams/organizations, collaborating with cross-functional partners, and driving end-to-end execution of complex projects. This role is part of the Care Coordination space, which is focused on building products to help support a person-centric approach to proactive surveillance, coordination and personalized engagement to assist consumers in managing their health and care to achieve optimal health status, quality and cost outcomes. This is a highly visible role where you will own execution of Oracle HDIP initiatives execution that often span across Oracle Health’s products. You will work with a diverse set of collaborators including senior executives, architects, product managers, development and design teams, and external partners to take ideas, turn them into mature products, and put them in the hands of the world’s most demanding customers. The successful candidate works backward, starting with the customer; has a passion for solving difficult and often ambiguous problems in a collaborative, agile work environment, a knack for creativity and innovative thinking, can lead a conversation in a room with designers, engineers, and product managers, influence stakeholders to arrive at the correct outcomes, and finally has a strong sense of empathy for both customers and engineering teams. Key Responsibilities: • Drive effective teamwork, communication, collaboration and commitment across Engineering, Product Management, Operations, Support, and other key customers of HDIP. • Help define and deliver complex programs with competing priorities by influencing roadmaps and priorities of key customers. • Work with cross-functional teams to establish and maintain our roadmap, setting appropriate expectations and ensuring our product and services meet our high operational excellence standards • Drive execution for on-time, on-scope delivery of user and developer facing features. • Ensure high standards and consistency for the Oracle customer experience. • Recommend process improvements and serve as a customer concern point for all issues and questions associated with a program. • Ensure that resource requirements needed to support a particular program are in place. • Provide ongoing written and verbal release status updates to senior leadership. • Demonstrate flexibility and resilience in response to changing or ambiguous situations, directing changes through appropriate review and approval mechanisms. Qualifications: • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration or related field or equivalent experience relevant to functional area • 5+ years experience in a TPM role. • Understanding of SDLC and modern application development with web services • A demonstrated ability to think broadly and strategically • Determined problem solver; able to adapt and thrive in a dynamic, ambiguous, and customer-focused environment • Highly analytical, technically proficient, and able to learn new tools and software quickly • Demonstrated ability to effectively communicate (oral and written) at different levels in the org, engaging with both technical and non-technical partners • Experience using agile software development practices and associated tooling • Judgement, maturity, negotiation/influence skills, analytical skills and leadership skills • Must be comfortable working with large amounts of data in fast paced environment Preferred Qualifications: • Experience managing software and/or hardware development • Experience managing cloud development programs • Experience in enterprise cloud solutions (Azure, AWS, Etc.) • Experience in Analytics, AI/ML & Big Data Disclaimer: Certain US customer or client-facing roles may be required to comply with applicable requirements, such as immunization and occupational health mandates. Range and benefit information provided in this posting are specific to the stated locations only US: Hiring Range: from $74,100 to $158,200 per annum. May be eligible for bonus and equity.
