Full Description

[ad_1] Your main role is to assist the operation department. It may range from generating daily delivery report to overseas goods shipment coordination to data entry to sorting, filing and mailing duties. Below are some of the jobs that may be assigned to you. Possible advancement in the job after probation if able to handle administrative job assigned. – Checking delivery orders slip with delivery reports and consolidating data into one report for management use. – Assist in creating PO and liaise with supplier. – Assist in creating quotation and sales invoices to bill to customer. – Monitor, verify any discrepancies and record customer and supplier invoices. – Liaise with the site office on any administrative support needed. – Assist operation team in shipment coordination for purchasing of Company’s goods purchased overseas for sales in Singapore. – Liaise with Overseas agents to ensure smooth delivery of goods from loading at overseas port to unloading in Singapore. – Perform any ad-hoc tasks or duties as assigned, – Provide basic administrative support including but not limited to filing, data-entrying, collating documents, receiving, sorting, photocopying. • * Requirements**: – Prefer Diploma holder or minimum Higher Nitec Holder are welcome to apply. No specific field required. – Fresh Graduate welcome, willing to learn and we are willing to teach. – Highly Competent in MS Office (especially Microsoft Office Excel) – Good administrative & organizational skills. – Good communication skills especially with site workers. – Meticulous and able to consistently pay attention to details. – Proficiency in Mandarin (both written and spoken) is a plus. • * Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent • * Salary**: $2,000.00 – $2,600.00 per month Schedule: – Monday to Friday Supplemental Pay: – 13th month salary • * Education**: – Local Polytechnic Diploma (preferred) • * Experience**: – Microsoft Excel: 2 years (required) [ad_2]
