About the Role We are seeking an exceptionally talented Sourcer Recruiter to join our Global Strategic Sourcing Team. As a Sourcer Recruiter, you will play a critical role in identifying, attracting, and hiring top tech talent in the US market to support our growth and expansion. You will work closely with a team of recruiting professionals to find the best distribution and operations professionals across the country, fostering a collaborative team environment and a strong service-oriented culture that ensures delivery of efficient, effective, quality-driven service to internal customers and meets customer service level agreements. Key Responsibilities • Manage, prioritize, and close searches against timelines, setting benchmarks, metrics, and prioritizing to hit all customer SLAs. • Build and maintain a network of potential candidates through proactive market research and ongoing relationship management, conducting in-depth interviews of potential candidates and demonstrating an ability to anticipate hiring manager preferences through high offer-to-interview ratios. • Recommend ideas and strategies related to recruitment that will contribute to the long-range growth of the company, implementing new processes and fine-tuning standard processes for recruiting that fit within Amazon's mission to deliver the highest quality results to the customer. • Articulate in writing a plan with deliverables, timelines, and a formal tracking process, ensuring that all recruitment activities are aligned with the company's goals and objectives. Essential Qualifications To be successful in this role, you will need to have: • 3+ years of corporate or search firm progressive recruiting or research experience, with a strong track record of delivering results in a fast-paced environment. • A Bachelor's degree, or 2+ years of full-time Amazon experience, demonstrating your ability to learn and grow with the company. • Experience with contact management systems/applicant tracking systems for sourcing, tracking, and managing candidates, with the ability to leverage technology to streamline recruitment processes. Preferred Qualifications While not essential, the following qualifications will be highly regarded: • Experience managing high-volume as well as niche hiring, with the ability to adapt to changing recruitment needs and priorities. • Experience leading or participating in technology hiring events, technology mixers, and regular attendance and participation at technology meetups and technology user groups, demonstrating your ability to build relationships and networks within the tech industry.
