With over 9,000 retail locations across the United States, Puerto Rico, and the U.S. Virgin Islands, blithequark is proud to be a community health destination serving nearly 10 million customers every day. • *Job Responsibilities** As a Senior Business Analyst on our Pharmacy & Retail Operations team, you'll be responsible for: • Collecting, summarizing statistics, and providing in-depth evaluations to inform strategic planning and application development in pharmacy and retail operations • Maintaining a comprehensive knowledge of enterprise tactics and practices related to all aspects of pharmacy and retail operations • Providing complex evaluations of corresponding statistics to build a business case for system and operational technique changes, enhancements, and improvements • Serving as an operational liaison for various projects to drive task execution and communicate relevant task information to stakeholders • Collecting, analyzing, making unique recommendations, and providing data related to proposed applications to meet the business and strategic needs of pharmacy and retail operations and the organization • Managing complex ad-hoc tasks and analyses as needed • Collaborating with pharmacy and retail operations, IT, legal and regulatory, system improvement teams, and others to develop operational solutions • Coaching, mentoring, guiding, and providing oversight to less senior business analysts • *Key Qualifications** • Bachelor's Degree and a minimum 1 year of experience with reading and reporting statistics to identify problems, trends, or exceptions to drive development of results and find solutions; OR, High School Diploma/GED and 4 years of experience with reading and reporting statistics to identify problems, trends, or exceptions to drive development of results and find solutions • At least 1 year of experience querying databases (e.g., SQL, Golden, Business Objects, EDW, SAS, and/or SQL Server) • Experience in identifying operational problems and recommending and implementing solutions to solve problems and issues • Experience in communicating the impact of business evaluation results to business leaders • Intermediate level skills in Microsoft Word (e.g., placing headers, page breaks, page numbers, and tables, and/or adjusting table columns) • Intermediate level skills in Microsoft Excel (e.g., using the SUM function, placing borders, placing column width, placing charts, using text wrap, sorting, placing headers and footers, and/or print scaling) • Intermediate level skills in Microsoft PowerPoint (e.g., using a template, formatting individual spacing, placing a picture, converting slide format and theme colors, including transitions, customizing slide numbers, converting chart format, and/or formatting font) • *Preferred Qualifications** • Master's Degree or MBA • Bachelor's Degree • Retail pharmacy experience • *Key Advantages of Joining blithequark as a Remote Worker** Joining blithequark as a remote employee offers numerous key advantages, reflecting the organization's commitment to providing a dynamic and inclusive work environment.
