You will work closely with our team to resolve issues, answer questions, and provide support to our customers in a fast-paced and dynamic environment. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who is passionate about customer care, has strong communication skills, and is able to work effectively in a team. • *Key Responsibilities** • Respond to customer inquiries in a timely and effective manner, using your strong communication skills to resolve issues and provide support. • Work closely with our team to resolve complex issues and provide solutions to our customers. • Use your problem-solving skills to identify and resolve issues, and to provide recommendations for improvement. • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of customer interactions, using our CRM system to track and manage customer relationships. • Collaborate with our team to develop and implement process improvements, using your knowledge and experience to identify areas for improvement. • Participate in training and development programs to enhance your skills and knowledge, and to stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices. • *Essential Qualifications** • 1 year of customer service experience in a call center environment, with a focus on heavy call volume, auto-dialer, dedicated inbound/outbound customer service or support role. • Bilingual in English and Spanish, with the ability to speak, read, and write in both languages without limitations or assistance. • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with customers, colleagues, and management. • Ability to work independently or with minimal supervision, with a strong sense of initiative and self-motivation. • Intermediate to advanced skills with Microsoft Office Word, Excel, Outlook, and the ability to troubleshoot and resolve general technical issues. • Strong typing and computer navigation skills, with the capacity to use multiple computer applications simultaneously. • *Preferred Qualifications** • Associate's or Bachelor's Degree in a related field, such as business, communications, or healthcare. • Experience in a healthcare setting, with a focus on customer care and service. • Knowledge of industry trends and best practices, with a strong understanding of customer care principles and practices. • *Additional Requirements** • Anticipated start date: October 2024. • Work style: Remote work at home. • Schedule: Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM Eastern Time. • Additional information: Any blithequark associate who speaks with a customer in a language other than English must take a language proficiency assessment, provided by an outside vendor, to ensure competency. • *Work at Home Guidance** • To ensure that our Home or Hybrid Home/Office associates are able to work effectively, the self-provided internet service of Home or Hybrid Home/Office associates must meet the following criteria: + At minimum, a download speed of 25 Mbps and an upload speed of 10 Mbps is recommended; wireless, wired cable or DSL connection is suggested. + Satellite, cellular, and microwave connection can be used only if approved by leadership. + Associates who live and work from Home in the state of California, Illinois, Montana, or South Dakota will be provided a bi-weekly payment for their internet expense. + blithequark will provide Home or Hybrid Home/Office associates with telephone equipment appropriate to meet the business requirements for their position/job. + Work from a dedicated space lacking ongoing interruptions to protect member PHI / HIPAA information. • *Scheduled Weekly Hours** • 40 hours per week. • *Pay Range** • The compensation range below reflects a good faith estimate of starting base pay for full-time (40 hours per week) employment at the time of posting.
