BI Services - Implementation Specialist, Seeking an experienced Implementation Specialist!Zone & Co's recent acquisition of Satori has provided us with many opportunities to continue to grow our (now combined) teams. Satori Reporting offers the only pre-built Power BI reporting solution for NetSuite. We are proud to be certified partners of both NetSuite and Microsoft.This is an incredibly exciting and momentous time for Zone with our recent funding, and Fast Four and Satori acquisitions, so there’s a wonderful amount of opportunity to make your mark and make an impact.Job DescriptionAs an Implementation Specialist, you will support the base product install for new customers during the implementation process. This includes technical implementation, product delivery, technical support, communication, and project management for the Business Intelligence solutions of Satori Reporting.Primary Responsibilities Serve as a supporting point of contact for new customers during the implementation process Lead technical calls with customers and validate all requirements are met during the implementation process Responsible for technical implementation and product delivery in a well-organized and timely manner with adherence to service level agreements Complete set up and base product configuration using multiple tools such as NetSuite, Azure blob storage, Tabular Editor, and Power BI. Assist customers with user permissions, data source connections and review of standard reporting templates Provide support and assistance with all tasks related to the scope of implementation Investigate, troubleshoot, and analyze customer issues and requests to ensure prompt resolution or escalation to the appropriate team member in a timely manner Support ongoing customer success and training by assisting with follow up requests and questions during and after customer connection and go-live Maintain a positive attitude and the ability to adapt and learn processes, tools, or techniques quickly Contribute as a team player through participation and collaboration with other team members Provide exemplary customer service to each customer contact with professional communication and prompt, courteous responses Requirements 1-2 years of related experience with reporting, data and analytics, and business intelligence operations Prior experience using Power BI, Power Query and Template Apps Basic knowledge of business intelligence product solutions Ability to multitask and meet timelines in a fast-paced environment Prior experience with project management tasks and successful product delivery Excellent verbal and written communication and interpersonal skills Preferred Skills & Experience Bachelor’s degree in Business, Computer Science, Information Systems, Finance, Statistics, or a related field Prior experience with NetSuite and knowledge of saved searches and custom fields, records, and segments Prior experience with data validation Basic understanding of accounting concepts and financial reports Prior experience with Azure tools and cloud environments Prior experience with reporting tools such as SSRS, Power BI Paginated Reports, or Power BI Template Apps Employment Type: Full Time/ExemptLocation: 100% RemoteBenefitsBenefits at Zone are all about helping you lead a fulfilling life outside of work.
