Collaborating closely with cross-functional teams, you will contribute to the company's growth and success by providing financial insights, overseeing accounting functions, and driving strategic decision-making. Responsibilities: • Manage the day-to-day accounting operations, ensuring accuracy and compliance with GAAP standards. • Prepare and analyze financial statements, budget forecasts, and variance reports to support executive decision-making. • Lead financial planning and analysis efforts, providing insights on cost management and profitability enhancement. • Partner with department heads to develop and monitor departmental budgets, identifying areas for optimization. • Oversee treasury functions, including cash flow management, risk assessment, and investment strategies. • Manage the annual audit process and coordinate with external auditors to ensure accurate and timely financial reporting. • Mentor and lead a team of finance and accounting professionals, fostering their growth and development.
