Vitale Nursing Inc - Home Care Aide-Private Duty > Home Care Aide-Private Duty Home Care Aide-Private Duty Fully Remote • Beverly Hills Description Home Care Aide (HCA) Vitale Nursing, Inc. – Beverly Hills, Bel-Air, Brentwood, Santa Monica, Pacific Palisades Vitale Nursing, Inc. is currently seeking compassionate and reliable Home Care Aides (HCAs) to join our private duty team. HCAs provide non-medical, supportive services that enhance the comfort, dignity, and safety of patients in their homes and recovery settings. Position Overview As a Home Care Aide, you will: • Assist patients with ADLs (Activities of Daily Living) including bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, and mobility support • Provide personal care and companionship in private residences or hotel recovery suites • Support with light meal preparation, feeding assistance, and hydration reminders • Perform non-medical medication reminders only (no administration) • Assist with household tasks related to patient care (tidying patient’s area, laundry, etc.) • Provide safety supervision, fall prevention, and mobility assistance • Report patient observations and changes in condition to the supervising RN, LVN, or CNA • Document daily care provided according to Vitale Nursing, Inc. policy Preferred Experience • Prior caregiving experience (home care, hospice, or assisted living) • Experience with post-operative recovery support • Familiarity with dementia/Alzheimer’s care and fall prevention • Strong interpersonal skills and compassionate care style Minimum Requirements • Valid Home Care Aide (HCA) Registration with the California Department of Social Services (CDSS) • Current CPR/BLS Certification • Reliable transportation • Professional, punctual, and trustworthy demeanor • Strong communication and interpersonal skills • Three professional references • Successful completion of a background check and fingerprint clearance Compensation & Benefits • Pay Rate: $20 – $25 per hour • Employment Types: Full-time & Part-time available • Shifts: Day and Night shifts • Schedule: Monday–Sunday, with weekend opportunities as needed Full-Time Employee Benefits Only: • Health, Dental, and Vision Insurance • 401(k) Retirement Plan • Paid ongoing training and professional development • Referral bonuses and performance incentives Required Documentation • Active HCA registration (California) • Two forms of identification (Driver’s License/Passport and Social Security card) • Signed employee agreement (provided during hiring) • Completed application (provided during hiring) • Physical exam and TB test (within 1 year) • Current CPR/BLS certification • Proof of COVID-19 vaccination and booster (or plan to obtain) Why Work With Vitale Nursing, Inc.? • Concierge-level private duty care in prestigious Los Angeles communities • Flexible scheduling with competitive pay • Bi-weekly direct deposit • Supportive, inclusive, and professional work environment • Career growth opportunities (many staff progress to CNA, LVN, and RN roles) Equal Employment Opportunity Vitale Nursing, Inc. is an equal-opportunity employer.
