The role involves managing sales processes, preparing invoices, coordinating sales activities, maintaining customer records, and providing exceptional customer service. Responsibilities include handling customer inquiries, ensuring accurate data input, and supporting the sales team with administrative tasks. Qualifications • Proficiency in Invoicing and strong Organization Skills • Customer Service expertise with a focus on client satisfaction • Sales experience and a strong understanding of International Business practices • Detail-oriented with excellent time management and multitasking abilities • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Sales, or a related field preferred • Familiarity with the metal forming industry or related sectors is a plus • Positive can do attitude • Competitive • Team Player
