As the Project Manager at Visionary Landscaping, you will oversee landscape architecture projects from initial design through final installation, ensuring every detail meets our exacting standards and delights our clients. You'll work with talented designers, skilled installation crews, and discerning clients who expect nothing less than excellence. Your Key Responsibilities Include: • Managing landscape architecture projects once the contract is signed through final walkthrough • Tight coordination between design team, installation crews, vendors, and subcontractors • Developing and managing project schedules, budgets, and resource allocation • Conducting regular site visits to ensure quality standards and design matches intent • Managing great client communications and expectations throughout the project lifecycle • Overseeing material procurement and ensuring timely delivery to job sites • Resolving on-site issues and making decisions that keep projects on track • Coordinating with municipal authorities for permits and inspections when needed • Managing project documentation including contracts, change orders, and closeout materials • Supporting the sales and design teams with scheduling insights during the proposal phase • Identifying opportunities for efficiency improvements and process optimization The Right Candidate Will Have: • Strong understanding of landscape architecture, construction, and horticulture (professionally or as a serious enthusiast).
