Job Description Vineyard USA (VUSA) is seeking a versatile and highly organized Project Coordinator/Administrative Assistant to support the function of Church Planting in VUSA. In this role, you will provide project management and administrative support, communicating with Regional Catalysts and teams, and ensuring that Vineyard USA’s church planting initiatives run smoothly and effectively. You will also be responsible for scheduling meetings, managing correspondence, making travel arrangements, and assisting with other duties when required. This role will help build the backend systems and coordinate the church planting assessment process Responsibilities: • Oversee and administer the day-to-day support for the Church Planting Director, including scheduling, travel arrangements, communication, and coordination of meetings. • Manage and track projects, ensuring follow-through on important initiatives and commitments • Coordinate the church planting assessment process • Support the planning and logistics for gatherings, training events, and online meetings. • Cultivate a strong relationship with regional and area catalysts, and church planters by maintaining regular contact • Help keep key documents, data, and processes organized and accessible • Serve as a relational bridge - ensuring that communication, care, and clarity flow well among our leaders Represent Vineyard USA in a positive and professional manner • Exemplify the core values and mission of Vineyard USA Who are we looking for? • Mission and culture contributor: First and foremost - you are deeply committed to Jesus, but also to the mission and vision of Vineyard USA. You will be working most directly with John Elmer, Super Regional Leader, Vineyard USA. You will interact regularly with the church planting catalysts and church planters, and VUSA staff. • Can you serve remotely? Qualifications: • Ability to manage internal and external correspondence. • Excellent written and verbal communication skills. • Exceptional interpersonal skills and conflict management skills. • Experience in the management of expenses, travel, personal and professional schedules, email, and other forms of communication. • Proficient in Google Platforms, Hubspot, and project management software, Asana. • Previous experience in administration, project management, or ministry support is preferred. Bonuses may be available for this position above and beyond the All-In compensation.
