Retail In Store Associate Victory Branding is expanding! We are looking for motivated and energetic individuals to join us immediately! Position Overview: As a Retail In Store Associate, you’ll represent a variety of clients at promotional events held in local retail stores across Long Beach. Your main focus will be to provide excellent customer service, promote client services, and support the company’s growth by increasing brand exposure. Key Responsibilities: • Collaborate with the event sales team to achieve set goals, while also working effectively on your own. • Deliver engaging product demonstrations and share detailed product information with customers. • Process point-of-sale transactions efficiently and accurately. • Update and manage customer information records. • Assist customers with creative solutions and upsell products when appropriate. • Consistently exceed company targets through hard work and determination. • Develop and maintain strong product knowledge to address customer inquiries. What We’re Looking For: • Ability to commute to our office (remote work is not available for this role). • A high school diploma or equivalent. • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. • Basic IT skills and familiarity with point-of-sale systems. • Strong problem-solving skills and a creative mindset to address customer needs.
