A DAY IN THE LIFE As a Customer Service Representative, you’ll handle incoming calls in a fast-paced, remote environment—helping customers, answering questions, and making a real impact. You’ll: * Put customers first and build trust * Communicate clearly and professionally * Stay calm and empathetic under pressure * Be reliable and meet performance goals * Support payment needs andfollowprocedures * Keep recordsaccurateand respond to emails daily * Pitch in when needed and stay flexible WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR Required: * 1+ year of customer service experience in a call-center/dispatchersetting * Must live within 50 miles of Medina, NY * Strong verbal and written communication * Organizational and problem-solving skills * Ability to navigate multiple computer systems * Experience in a virtual desktop environment * Distraction-free remote workspace * High school diploma or GED Preferred: * Familiarity withAS400.
