About the Role As an IT Warehouse Operations Associate, you will be a critical part of Veho’s IT team, responsible for the organization, configuration, shipping, and tracking of IT assets used across our warehouse and driver operations. You’ll work cross-functionally with IT, Security, Field Operations, and third-party logistics providers to ensure that devices such as scanners, routers, laptops, and accessories are securely provisioned, tracked, and deployed in a timely and efficient manner. Key Responsibilities Prepare, configure, and package IT hardware (e.g., barcode scanners, laptops, networking gear) for distribution to Veho warehouse sites. Maintain accurate inventory records in asset management systems. Monitor and manage inbound and outbound shipments of IT equipment. Collaborate with Field Operations and IT Support to fulfill hardware requests and troubleshoot logistical issues. Ensure hardware is labeled, tagged, and configured per IT security and operational standards. Partner with Security to verify that devices meet compliance standards before deployment. Perform quality assurance checks on returned equipment and process accordingly (e.g., sanitize, repair, restock, decommission). Coordinate with vendors, carriers, and internal teams for timely hardware delivery and returns. Travel to warehouse locations for onsite device support, inventory audits, and coordination with local operations teams. Troubleshoot and resolve hardware, internet connectivity, and software-related issues impacting warehouse operations, escalating to appropriate teams as needed. Qualifications 3+ year experience in IT operations, warehouse logistics, or hardware provisioning. Familiarity with asset management tools and shipping platforms (e.g., UPS, FedEx). Strong organizational skills with high attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple tasks. Basic understanding of device configuration, shipping procedures, and IT compliance. Comfortable lifting and handling packages (up to 50 lbs) in a warehouse environment. Excellent communication and collaboration skills across technical and non-technical teams. Nice to Have Experience working with MDM systems (e.g., Kandji, Intune, Scalefusion). Understanding of endpoint security basics. Familiarity with scanner configuration (e.g., Zebra devices) and networking basics.
