Job Title: Client Partner - IT Services - Farmer role Location: Remote — candidates based in NY, NJ, CT, or Chicago preferred Employment Type: Full-Time We are looking for a pure farming-focused Client Partner who can take ownership of existing client accounts and drive sustained growth. Industry Focus (in priority order): • Banking & Financial Services (BFS) • Manufacturing Key Responsibilities Account Growth & Relationship Management • Strengthen long-term relationships with current clients and uncover additional opportunities within existing accounts. • Work closely with delivery and internal account teams to ensure engagements run smoothly and clients receive exceptional service. • Expand account revenue by identifying areas for cross-selling and upselling technology and service offerings. • Maintain ongoing communication with client leaders to stay aligned with their changing business priorities. Sales & Business Performance • Meet or exceed assigned revenue goals on both a quarterly and annual basis. • Keep an accurate and up-to-date pipeline, ensuring reliable forecasting and reporting. • Collaborate with internal teams to match client requirements with appropriate solutions and capabilities. • Stay informed about market dynamics, new technologies, and competitive trends to better position our offerings. Required Experience & Skills • 7–15 years of experience in IT consulting or professional services. • Strong background in expanding revenue within existing accounts (farmer profile). • Clear understanding of IT service delivery models, consulting methodologies, and project-based engagements. • Excellent communication, negotiation, and executive presentation abilities. • Experience interacting with senior leaders such as CIOs, IT Directors, and Procurement executives. • Proficiency with CRM tools for managing pipeline activity and reporting. • High level of self-drive, comfort working with targets, and ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment. Preferred Qualifications • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, IT, or a related discipline. • Familiarity with modern IT technologies including Application Development, Automation, AWS Cloud, and Data/Analytics platforms (e.g., Databricks).
