About This Opportunity: As an Enterprise IT Tech II, you’ll provide remote, Level 2, IT support for staff and executives, ensuring a smooth and positive user experience. You’ll troubleshoot hardware, software, and system issues; manage escalated support tickets. You’ll also contribute to process improvements and documentation that strengthen IT efficiency and service delivery. Additionally, this individual will provide general facilities support at our on-site locations as needed. Things You’ll Do Here: Design, administer, and support core infrastructure, including system and network architecture, cloud platforms, and mobile device management. Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues across systems, networks, and end-user environments. Manage user access and accounts across Entra ID, Active Directory, Microsoft 365, and related cloud services. Maintain and optimize IT infrastructure components such as SASE and VPN solutions, home networks, end-user devices, and deployed software. Lead the adoption and integration of cloud services to improve scalability, flexibility, and cost efficiency. Create, maintain, and improve SOPs and knowledge articles while mentoring junior Enterprise IT team members. Support IT project planning and execution, ensuring on-time, high-quality delivery aligned with business needs. Manage IT budgets, vendor relationships, inventory, and facility-related technology such as access control systems. Operate within governance and compliance frameworks while applying cybersecurity practices to safeguard systems and data. Deliver clear, empathetic communication across all channels and collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure IT solutions meet business needs. What You’ll Bring to the Team: 3+ years’ experience working in a help desk environment Demonstrated history of leading technical projects to completion, diagnose and resolve computer technical issues. Proficiency with Windows, MacOS, iOS and Android devices Excellent oral and written communication skills Detail oriented and organized in order to keep detailed notes on tickets Ability to lift objects weighing 35-50 pounds on a regular basis Ability to stand up to two or more hours at a time Where You’ll Work: This is a fully remote position, and we’ll provide all the necessary equipment! Work Environment: You’ll need a quiet workspace that is free from distractions. Technology: Reliable internet connection—if you can use streaming services, you’re good to go!
