Vaco by Highspring is seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead the Security & Controls workstream for a Fortune 500 Oracle Fusion ERP transformation. This strategic role focuses on security governance, user access, and SOX-aligned controls readiness ahead of a major program go-live in early 2026. Responsibilities • Leading security & access planning across multiple functional and technical teams • Gathering requirements across IT, Security, Audit, and Finance • Developing, managing, and sequencing the Security & Controls roadmap • Coordinating deliverables with advisory partners and internal teams • Assigning owners and holding stakeholders accountable for milestones • Driving resolution of risks, blockers, and ownership gaps • Ensuring security, access, and SOX controls are structured, documented, and audit-ready Skills • 10+ years of project/program management experience • Ideally roots in Big 4 IT Audit, Audit, or Risk Management • Experience with ERP security, access management (SOD), or ITGC/SOX environments • Exposure to Oracle Security or similar ERP security frameworks • Prior experience working with Big 4 or advisory firms through such transformations • Strong leadership in complex, cross-functional, high-pressure environments • Ability to bring structure, drive decisions, and operate in ambiguity Benefits • Medical • Dental • Vision • 401K options • Holiday and bonus opportunities Company Overview • Vaco is the Talent Solutions division of Highspring, a leading global professional services organization.
