Full Description

Our client is looking for a Financial Systems Consultant to support their centralized reconciliation team (QAP). This role blends accounting, reconciliations, BlackLine support, reporting, and light systems work. What You'll Do • Support BlackLine and SAP data review, including troubleshooting interface issues. • Perform reconciliations and data mining using Excel (pivot tables, VLOOKUPs, slicing/dicing). • Help maintain reporting folders in SharePoint and manage user access. • Run and validate reporting tied to preparers/approvers/reviewers. • Assist with walkthrough documentation and reconciliation evaluations. • Support office-hours scheduling and monitor the team's group mailbox. What We're Looking For • Strong accounting background; able to perform accurate reconciliations. • BlackLine experience (admin-level preferred). • SAP ECC familiarity a plus. • Advanced Excel skills. • Comfortable with SharePoint (folders, permissions, uploads). Project Details • Length: 6+ months Determining compensation for this role (and others) at Vaco/Highspring depends upon a wide array of factors including but not limited to the individual's skill sets, experience and training, licensure and certifications, office location and other geographic considerations, as well as other business and organizational needs. With that said, as required by local law in geographies that require salary range disclosure, Vaco/Highspring notes the salary range for the role is noted in this job posting.
