They are looking for a detail-oriented and client-focused Commercial Lines Account Service Manager to join their Select Business Unit (SBU) team. In this role, you will be responsible for delivering timely and effective service to clients, maintaining accurate policy information, and ensuring smooth communication between carriers, clients, brokers, and internal teams. sales and service goals. Key Responsibilities: • Provide courteous and timely service to existing SBU clients, including: • Processing new business and renewal policies. • Handling endorsements, audits, and cancellations. • Issuing certificates of insurance, binders, and auto ID cards. • Reporting claims to carriers on behalf of insureds. • Collaborate with underwriters and clients on day-to-day issues. • Document all client interactions in the Agency Management System accurately and promptly. • Manage the renewal process in coordination with SBU Lead, clients, and underwriters. • Attend and participate in trainings and meetings. • Maintain strong relationships and clear communication among clients, underwriters, and internal teams. • Stay current on industry trends, products, and compliance requirements. What You’ll Bring: • Strong organizational and time management skills with attention to detail. • Proficiency in Microsoft Office; experience with AMS360 preferred. • Excellent written and verbal communication skills. • Ability to analyze and process information effectively. • Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment while meeting deadlines. • Ability to work independently and collaboratively. Qualifications: • High school diploma required; post-secondary education preferred. • Minimum of 3 years of relevant experience, including Commercial Lines experience. • PA Property & Casualty Insurance License required.
