Job Description: • Collaborate closely with sales teams and account executives to understand client requirements • Engage with stakeholders to assess operational pain points and regulatory constraints • Design and present customized, outcome-driven solutions leveraging our IT Managed Services • Lead discovery sessions, workshops, and executive-level briefings • Serve as a trusted advisor by connecting client pain points with relevant technologies • Contribute to the definition of roadmaps and solution strategies • Ensure that proposed solutions align with compliance needs and customer experience expectations • Provide strategic insights and operational models for Staff Augmentation programs • Demonstrate a modern understanding of Service Desk transformation • Possess a strong grasp of SaaS-based architectures • Apply practical experience in enterprise and solution architecture • Stay informed about emerging trends such as Machine Learning and Artificial Intelligence. Requirements: • 5+ years of presales or solution architect experience in the Finance and Insurance sectors • Understanding SaaS architecture, APIs, and cloud-based technologies • Technical Skills: Strong background in digital transformation initiatives, automation, and process optimization • Experience with Software Factory concepts (e.g., Agile/DevOps) • Familiarity with modern software development methodologies (Agile, DevOps) • Understanding of cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, Google Cloud) • Knowledge of compliance standards and security frameworks relevant to Finance and Insurance • Familiarity with relevant insurance and/or financial software platforms (e.g., Guidewire, Duck Creek) Benefits: • Health insurance • 401(k) matching • Paid time off • Flexible work arrangements • Professional development opportunities
