About Us Superior Storm Security is a fast-growing hurricane shutter installation company serving Florida’s east & west coasts. We complete 150–200K/month in installs using Jobber + QuickBooks and work with major builders (D.R. Horton, Holiday Builders, etc.). We need a sharp, analytical financial mind to bring visibility, forecasting, and control to our operations. Role Overview You will build our internal financial visibility, reconcile builder payments, track job-level profitability, create forecasts, and provide weekly/monthly insights to leadership. Key Responsibilities Extract & analyse data from Jobber + QuickBooks Build builder payment reconciliation sheet (job-by-job, house-by-house) Identify missing payments, short payments, or unpaid jobs Create weekly cashflow forecasts (2, 4, 8 weeks) Build job profitability reports (labour, materials, sq ft efficiency) Track EMS material spend vs revenue Build crew performance reports Monitor rework costs Analyse labour efficiency for east vs west coast teams Assist in setting up budgets for the next 6–12 months Provide weekly reports to owners Help identify cash leakage & cost reduction opportunities Work with CEO to improve profitability and reduce waste Required Skills Strong financial analysis skills Experience with Job Costing / Construction Finance Strong Excel/Google Sheets skills (pivot tables, dashboards, forecasting) Experience with QuickBooks Online Ability to understand revenue cycles in construction/field service Strong problem-solving skills Ability to work independently Good communication skills Nice-to-Have Experience with Jobber Experience with builder payment cycles Experience in Florida construction companies CPA or Accounting degree
