We’re looking for an experienced Dynamics 365 Engineer (Canada/US ONLY) who can help clean up, stabilize, and optimize a Dynamics CRM + Customer Insights + Marketing environment for a financial services client. This role will be hands-on and focused on diagnosing issues, improving data flows, and making the system usable for marketing and operations teams. What You’ll Work On - Fixing data inconsistencies across CRM, Customer Insights, and the data warehouse - Cleaning up entity structures, fields, relationships, forms, and views - Improving data ingestion, unification, and attribute mapping in Customer Insights - Optimizing Dynamics Marketing (segments, templates, assets, journeys) - Reviewing integrations/ETL flows (SSIS or similar) and ensuring data accuracy - Creating basic documentation for data handling and system usage What You Should Bring - Strong, hands-on experience with Dynamics 365 CRM (CE) - Customer Insights (Data + Journeys) experience - Dynamics 365 Marketing (RTM/Outbound) experience - Ability to troubleshoot data gaps, mismatches, and CRM/CI issues - Familiarity with ETL pipelines and multi-system data flows - Clear communication and the ability to work with both technical and non-technical teams
