If you have the qualities and drive to lead yourself or teams, there are roles ready to cultivate your skills and take you to the next level. ​ The Brokerage Implementation Manager ​ The Brokerage Implementation Manager manages the overall project implementation for on-boarding new and penetration business. This includes project communications, project planning, risk mitigation, resource coordination, issue resolution, training and other tasks required to successfully go-live. The Implementation Manager works with Business Development, Operational stakeholders, and customers to identify implementation criteria, and acts as the primary contact throughout the project's implementation. This position manages specialists. ​ Job Duties ​ Leads Brokerage Projects ​ • Works closely with the business operation, customers, and the development team to ensure a successful project launch. • Provides process improvement through technology for internal and external customers. • Examines customer concerns to design process improvements, reduce churn, and increase organic growth. • Maintains collaboration with stakeholders to define criteria and constraints associated with implementation scope and deployment strategy. • Voice of Customer and maintenance on projects deployed, providing feedback and best practices to the development team for technology enhancements. ​ Implementation Phases for Multiple Teams ​ • Liaison for Customers, Business Stakeholders, & the IT Development Teams. • Translate Customer & Business Operational needs into user requirements for the Development Teams to implement successfully. • Manages the implementation roll-out plans to ensure effective project implementations. • Serves as the project implementation primary contact and cross-functional team leader to identify implementation criteria, obtain stakeholder buy-in, and support cross-functional communications. ​ User Acceptance Testing and Project Reporting Status ​ • Oversees focus meetings with users (i.e., internal and external customers) prior to Production Deployments to identify needed modifications for products and processes. • Manages testing process and reviews test results to ensure modifications to product and processes occur as needed. • Reviews user feedback to identify improvements for the implementation process of future models, sites, groups, and customers. ​ Qualifications: ​ • Brokerage experience - Required • Product management and/or business analyst experience in the technology environment • Experience with requirements gathering for technology projects. • Ability to translate the business need into user stories for the IT Development Teams • Ability to manage multiple technical projects across the GFF Brokerage Network • Azure DevOps experience preferred. • Salesforce experience preferred. • Foreign Trade Zone experience preferred. ​ Other Criteria: ​ • Job Grade: 30C • Shift: Monday through Friday 8am-5pm EST w/ the potential for OT based on demand. ​ Job Level: 77 - Supervisor ​ Deadline to Apply: December 4th, 2025. ​ Compensation & Benefits: ​ Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several US geographic markets. The base pay for this position ranges from $76,440/year to $141,720/year. Pay is based on several factors including but not limited to, market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and education/training and a candidate’s work experience. Hired applicants may be eligible for annual short-term and/or long-term incentive compensation programs depending on the level of the position. Payments under these annual programs are not guaranteed and are dependent upon a variety of factors including, but not limited to, individual performance, business unit performance, and/or the company’s performance.
