5-10 years in customer/partner success or enterprise project management, strong technical acumen, executive relationship management, and willingness to work onsite four days a week.
Role Description: UP.Labs is seeking a highly relational, operationally minded Technical Partner Success Manager to serve as the embedded bridge between 10Four, a new AI-focused UP.Labs venture, and our corporate partner, JB Hunt. This is a uniquely strategic and high-visibility role where you’ll sit directly inside JB Hunt’s Bentonville headquarters four days per week, acting as the connective tissue between their operations teams and 10Four’s engineering and product org. 10Four is building an AI-powered coordination engine designed to automate and streamline freight operations, from appointment scheduling to driver communication to real-time exception handling. This role is critical to ensuring our technology deeply aligns with JB Hunt’s on-the-ground workflows, stakeholder needs, and long-term strategic goals. You’ll join a well-funded, fast-moving startup within the UP.Labs ecosystem, supported by cross-functional experts across product, engineering, design, analytics, talent, legal, finance, and venture capital — all dedicated to helping you drive impact quickly. In this role, you will: Act as the primary operational + technical liaison Serve as the central point of contact between 10Four’s remote team and JB Hunt’s on-site operations, product, and technology teams. Ensure daily alignment across priorities, workflows, and integrations. Deeply embed with JB Hunt’s operators Build trusted relationships across dispatch, ops, digital, and leadership stakeholders. Develop a nuanced understanding of real-world freight operations and identify where AI-driven automation can add the most value. Own project coordination and delivery Manage cross-team communication, timelines, deliverables, and stakeholder expectations. Ensure that 10Four’s product roadmap aligns with JB Hunt’s operational realities and high-priority use cases. Proactively remove friction Anticipate challenges, technical, operational, or cultural and take ownership of resolving them quickly. Act as a problem-solver, translator, and facilitator across both organizations. Drive insights and product feedback loops Capture operator-level insights, workflow gaps, data needs, and success metrics; translate them into clear product requirements. Provide structured feedback to 10Four’s leadership to influence product strategy and operational rollout. Lay the foundation for a repeatable enterprise integration model Build playbooks, processes, stakeholder maps, and communication cadences that can scale to future corporate partnerships. You should have: 5–10 years of experience in customer success, partner success, technical account management, or enterprise project/program management. Experience working with complex enterprise environments, ideally in logistics, transportation, supply chain, or adjacent operational domains (not required but a plus). Proven ability to manage executive-level relationships and navigate large orgs where alignment and diplomacy matter. Strong technical acumen, comfortable discussing integrations, data flows, workflows, and operational tooling with both engineers and operators. Exceptional communication, polished, empathetic, and clear across frontline operators, cross-functional teams, and senior leadership. A highly organized, structured approach to managing multiple priorities, workstreams, and stakeholders. A scrappy, startup-friendly mindset, someone who can thrive in ambiguity and move quickly while interfacing with one of the largest logistics organizations in the country. Bentonville-based or willing to be on-site at JB Hunt’s HQ four days per week.
