Building Name: ECH - Elizabethtown Community Hospital Location Address: 75 Park Street, Elizabethtown New York Regular Department: ECH - Medical Surgical Per Diem (position has no committed hours and is not benefit eligible) Standard Hours: 0 Biweekly Scheduled Hours: 0 Shift: Variable Primary Shift: Variable - Variable Weekend Needs: As Scheduled Salary Range: Min $20.84 Mid $26.05 Max $31.26 Recruiter: Greg Cary The Transport Driver is responsible for safely transporting ALS/BLS patients from Elizabethtown Community Hospital to CVPH, UVMMC, AMC, Albany Medical, and other associated trauma centers. Qualifications / Job Requirements: Education / Skills Required: • High school diploma or equivalent required. • Must possess a valid New York State driver’s license to operate assigned vehicles. • Ability to follow written and verbal instructions. • Ability to communicate well with managers, coworkers, hospital staff, patients, and visitors of ECH as well as other facilities. • Conduct his/herself as a self-directed professional, courteous attitude, works independently with minimal supervision. • Must maintain strict confidentiality as specifies in hospital policy and procedure.
