The Coordinator I will provide coordination of all phases and activities associated with special university or community programs. This includes coordinating activities related to the TCHATT project and addressing customer concerns.
An associate's degree or equivalent is required along with one year of related experience. Proficiency in Word, Excel, and Outlook, as well as strong customer service skills, are preferred.
Minimum Qualifications: Associate's degree or equivalent; 1 year of related experience. Job Duties: Coordinates activities of TCHATT project related to scheduling, including scheduling appointments in Epic. Consults with leadership to address customer concerns to determine resolution. Interprets program and services to patient/ responsible party regarding appointment policy and guidelines. Adheres to internal controls established for department. Performs related duties as required. Preferred Qualifications: Proficient in Word, Excel, Outlook. Strong customer service skills.
