DETAILED JOB DESCRIPTION • Operate and maintain electrical chillers and steam absorbers. Maintain and repair heating, air conditioning, ventilation systems, boiler, or cooling tower systems from single room units to complete building systems. • Maintain building/equipment temperatures and conditions through the operations of the BAS (Building Operation system) computer. • First responder to elevator trouble and entrapment, all emergency codes, power outages (both large and small), “Hot & Cold” calls. • Operate a pneumatic tube system and its computerized control, maintain and make necessary repairs. •
