Our ZERO Plan® installment program provides no interest payment options to help vehicle retailers/dealers market and sell Extended Warranties and other protection products to their customers across the nation. We are a small family owned company in business for over 40 years. Our office environment is far from corporate where you can come to work in casual dress and enjoy a small office experience. We value long term employees and look to promote from within. Universal Lenders LLC is located in beautiful downtown Oak Park close to I290, CTA Green & Blue line, Metra station, Pace and Bus Routes. Compensation: Up to $75,000 Salary & Bonus based on experience. Includes benefits such as health, dental, vacation pay, sick pay, paid holidays, and transportation subsidy. Duties include: · Accounts Receivable-Manage and Process the Collection of Receivables from Retailer/Dealer Clients . Post Payments: Checks -ACH-Credit/Debit Cards · Providing Phone Support to Customers Regarding Their Account. · Take Payments over the Phone Requirements · Problem Solver with Good Telephone Communication Skills · Skills Necessary to Communicate Why Amounts are Owed by the Retailer/Dealer · Basic Understanding of Extended Warranties and Dealership Operations · Experience in Auto Dealership Accounting or Customer Service · Comfortable with Standard Computer Software Such as Microsoft Office, Internet Browsers, Excel Spreadsheets,etc.....
