Job Summary United Window & Door Mfg. Inc. is a premier manufacturer of vinyl windows and doors. Our rapidly growing company is searching for talented people who seek the challenges and excitement of joining an industry leader. We are currently seeking an experienced Field Service Technician to respond to our customer warranty issues involving our window and door product lines. This position requires heavy traveling to customer locations throughout the state of Ohio. Requirements include, but are not limited to: • Inspecting and repairing our window and door products. • Professional appearance and exceptional customer service skills • Must be able to communicate clearly and concisely and always maintain a professional demeanor. • Extremely organized, motivated, and disciplined individual • Must be able to work independently and with a team • This role includes occasional overnight travel to support service needs and strengthen client relationships. At least 2 years of experience in the construction, carpentry and building industry is preferred. Must always maintain a valid and clean driver’s license record. Must be computer literate.
