WHAT YOU'LL DO • Drive Growth: Build relationships with homeowners, developers, business leaders, and institutions nationwide • Consult with Purpose: Understand client needs and guide them to solutions—luxury builds, commercial projects, or restoration • Present, Negotiate & Close: Deliver proposals and close deals with confidence and professionalism • Lead with Integrity: Uphold UCG’s reputation through honesty and high standards • Collaborate for Success: Work closely with design, estimating, and project management teams • Champion the Community: Represent UCG at networking events, meetings, and industry gatherings • Level Up Constantly: Engage in training, mentorship, and continuous development A DAY IN THE LIFE AT UCG 1.
