WHAT YOU'LL DO • Represent UCG: Build meaningful relationships with homeowners, developers, and business owners. • Consult with Purpose: Understand client needs and guide them toward custom high-end construction solutions. • Present, Negotiate & Close: Deliver compelling proposals and confidently close high-value deals. • Collaborate with Operations: Work with estimating, design, and project management teams to ensure promises become reality. • Grow UCG’s Reach: Attend networking events, community gatherings, and strategic meetings in Hawaii and/or Texas. • Commit to Mastery: Engage in continuous sales training and professional development.
