Description: Unique Landscaping is seeking capable and reliable personnel to direct, plan, organize and coordinate activities and daily projects of skilled and/or unskilled workers engaging in Hardscaping, Irrigation, or Groundskeeping. Located in North Texas. There's always room to grow. Let's strive for the best! Duties & Responsibilities: • Direct activities of skilled and unskilled workers as duties are performed. • Delegate tasks to Assistant Foreman on an as-needed basis to better supervise crews. • Obtain and maintain knowledge of horticulture and all related practices. • Monitor multiple project activities to ensure that instructions and design plans are followed, deadlines are met, and schedules are maintained. • Execute operating procedures and work standards that will ensure adequate performance and personnel safety. • Confer with other supervisors to coordinate work activities with those of other departments. • Inspect completed work to ensure conformance to specifications, standards, and contract requirements. Requirements Qualifications: • General knowledge of landscaping, irrigation, maintenance, design, and construction • Sound judgment, strong conflict resolution skills, and creative problem-solving skills • Attention to detail, high energy, and mentoring skills • Ability to work outdoors in any extreme environment and lift objects weighing up to 80 pounds • Texas Driver's License (preferred) • COVID-19 Vaccine Card (required) • Pass a drug test • Pass a background check* Salary Description $16-$27/hr DOE
