This is a hunter-focused role responsible for securing new logos and closing high-value deals in the U.S. market. Key Responsibilities • Manage the full sales cycle: prospecting qualification proposal negotiation closure. • Win new business for: • Digital Engineering & Product Development • Cloud, Data & Application Services • IT Staffing / Staff Augmentation / Hiring Projects • Generate pipeline through outbound efforts, networking, and enterprise outreach. • Partner with delivery and recruiting teams to prepare solutions and proposals. • Maintain accurate pipeline, activity reports, and forecasts in CRM. • Represent UNIFY Technologies with strong industry knowledge and professionalism. Qualifications • 7 10 years of Business Development experience in U.S. IT Services + Staffing (must). • Proven track record closing deals between $200K $2M+. • Experience selling digital transformation, product engineering, and staffing solutions. • Strong negotiation, consultative selling, and executive relationship-building skills. • Knowledge of U.S. enterprise buying cycles, procurement, MSP/VMS, and RFP processes.
